What is the Ithaca Singles Listserver?

The Listserver is a an automated mailing list system. If you send an e-mail to the Listserver e-mail address, then it is broadcast to all Listserver subscribers.

We highly recommend that you join the listserver - it is the best way to find out about Ithaca Singles Activities.

Why Should I Join The Listserver?

We use the Listserver to send out weekly event information.
You will know about impromptu events and last-minute event cancellations.
If you are hosting an event, then you can remind people to RSVP.

How Do I Join The Listserver?

To subscribe to the Ithaca Singles Listserver, send a blank email to:

ithacasingles-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

You will receive a confirmation message. Reply to this message and your subscription application will be complete. Our Listserver administrator will then approve your application within a few days.

You can then post messages to the Listserver by sending e-mail to:

ithacasingles@yahoogroups.com

How Do I Unsubscribe to the Listserver?.

From your email program, send a blank message (no subject, no message text) to:

ithacasingles-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com

You will then get a message from Yahoo, asking you to reply to confirm your un-subscription . After you reply to that 1st message, you will get a 2nd message from Yahoo confirming your un-subscription.
